Midway claims that these images they’ve sent us for the upcoming Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe are the “first ever.” We’re not sure if we’re buying it, because we’re pretty positive we’ve seen some around before, like some of the character and environment renders.

A couple more Interplay titles return to GameTap this week, but the really nice addition is that of Civilization IV’s expansion Warlords. The expansion added several new elements to the excellent turn-based strategy game like the Great General unit, vassal states and very special buildings for each nation.
