Buried on the 11th paragraph on a story about Rock Band 2, The Associated Press reports this morning that 12 tracks from The Who “ranging from ‘My Generation’ to ‘Who Are You’ will release for Rock Band on July 15.” Neither of those tracks are from the long-awaited album Who’s Next, but at least this is something, right?
Harmonix CEO Alex Rigopulos confirms the rumors that Who’s Next’s release has been delayed due to missing master tracks. He stated …

The Baja 1000 is one of the most grueling races ever conceived by man: a day-long off-road trek through the Baja California peninsula in Mexico. The race takes either the form of a point-to-point sojourn (from Ensenada, Baja California, to La Paz, Baja California Sur) or a loop race that starts and ends in Ensenada. Competitors drive a wide variety of automobiles, including motorcycles, Volkswagen Beetles (known as “Baja Bugs”), and trucks.

I think this goes into Captain Obvious’ territory a bit, but we’re now hearing that the PSP will support file transfers from the upcoming PS3 movie/video download service.
Some “insiders” state that Sony is in talks to grant users to transfer films downloaded from this service, according to CVG. Why are the “in speaks?” What’s there to think about? You’d think they would naturally want to have their portable console in on the whole plan. I just assumed that both systems would have movie and video access.
CVG also points out that …

The last time I got my hands on Level-5’s PS3 RPG White Knight Story, I was really impressed. I couldn’t get enough. But I couldn’t shake the feeling that it would be a very long time before I would be able to enjoy this title in the comfort of my own home, and in my first language.
Maybe the wait won’t be as long as I thought. According to Next Gen, White Knight Story will see a release sometime before March 31, 2009.
Of course, that’s a Japanese date, so I …

Having a difficult time connecting to EA’s Battlefield: Bad Company servers? Well kids, you aren’t alone. EA has acknowledged the fact that some Xbox 360 Bad Company gamers are having troubles connecting to the game servers. Though, take comfort in the fact that they are “monitoring stats non-stop and are working with several partners to locate any possible flashpoints and eradicate any hostiles we encounter.” Ha! And until they release a fix, EA advocates simply shutting off your Xbox for 20 minutes, then giving it an …

While the long awaited sequel to the classic franchise has been confirmed for Nintendo’s WiiWare download service for some time now, there was still quite a bit of speculation that that game would be releasing on more than just a Nintendo platform.
Mega Man 9 was originally revealed via an OFLC ratings board leak, and was listed there as a multiplatform release. But this was taken with a grain of salt as the OFLC has been known to list things as multiplatform which ended up …
