Looking for a creepy, twisted and bloody disturbing trailer to watch before you head off into dreamland this evening? If so, we’ve just the trailer for you. Dead Space (which we think about to be an E3 standout) recently released and re-aired a new “Lullaby” trailer for almost mass consumption. Set to an eerie rendition of the children’s song “Twinkle, Twinkle Tiny Star”, this Dead Space trailer is violent and, for that, it is downright extraordinary. Too astonishing for the folks over at the ESRB, because they actually refused to rate it for American audiences. But to heck with the ESRB.
