I’m all for small form factor PCs. They fit great in your entertainment center as a home theater Personal computer or a not-emulation box. But cramming a PC into a Wii’s casing? Why would you want to do that?
Good reason or not, it’s done. This computer contains a Celeron 1.3Ghz, 512mb RAM, and a 40GB hard drive. That’s power enough to got your Virtual Console releases for not-free. The modder has also managed to add USB ports and a Wi-Fi antenna to the kit. I wonder what he did with the Wii innards.
As nifty as this mod is, there’s a downfall that’ll become apparent if you watch the above video. It sounds like a blender chopping ice!
