The price-conscious folks over at Thrifty Nerd have picked up on a few more solid end-of-the-year gaming deals. If you somehow still haven’t bought enough games to last you through 2011 (or at least until Dead Space 2 hits on January 25), here are a few more great titles to get on the cheap:
Amazon’s got that WoW deal back on again: Buy the original World of Warcraft and get Burning Crusade for free.
Amazon also has Halo: Reach for just $39, Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY for $20 and Dance Central for …

Following Game Informer’s reveal of Lara Croft’s new look in Tomb Raider, the publication has the first round of dark and dirty screenshots from the reboot, in addition to some concept art.
I’ll let you judge the images for yourself, but as someone who has never particularly cared for this series, they had my attention with Lara’s makeover, and now they’ll continue to have it for months to come thanks to this big unveiling.

The Archos 7 Home Tablet was something of a disappointment, and Archos has shipped bigger and better things since, but the firm isn’t done with the original affordable Android slate quite yet. ModNation Racers
Rock Band 3
MineCraft
Super Meat Boy
Starcraft II
Bejeweled Blitz
Bayonetta
Heavy Rain
Alan Wake
Red Dead Redemption
Also included in the list was Dragon Age: Origins and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, due to the fact …

If there was any question that piracy is serious problem for game publishers and developers, then this list is the answer. According to these numbers, people pirated a crap-load of PC, Xbox 360, and Wii games this year, and these are just the numbers from Bit Torrent. We can only guess how many more games were pirated from other sources.
These numbers really bum me out. It’s one thing when games like Super Mario Galaxy, Halo: Reach, and Wii Party get pirated, as they all have a huge amount of mainstream …

Is your Matter Compiler broken? Well, step on down to the local .MGX for all your 3D printed needs! Materialise’s .MGX brand has just opened its very own flagship store in Brussels, and it professes to be the first physical store solely dedicated to 3D printed wares. It’s primarily high design baubles right now, but we’re sure it won’t be long before we’re chucking our old and busted cutlery into the deke bin and churning out new sets with our at-home M.C. we bought at Target. Right, Neal?
.MGX opens world’s …
