TechChill 2026 will be welcoming a delegation of 21 Ukrainian startup founders in Riga on March 25 - 27 for 3 days of investor meetings, mentorship, and connections with the Baltic startup community.

They’re coming to showcase their companies, learn from the ecosystem here, and build relationships that can help them grow internationally.

For the Baltic community, this is more than a visit. It’s a chance to connect with one of Europe’s most resilient, ambitious, and fast-moving startup ecosystems.

The startups joining the delegation are working across AI, SaaS, productivity, health, HR, and digital services, each with its own growth story and global ambitions.

You will be able to meet the founders of Oh my Grant, GoGoBag, M1, SuoQ, Uspacy, Turbota24, Re:Vet, ANNA, Adminix, Body Metrics, Wild Codes, Human, Generect, Tyra AI, Aspichi, CompAlign, Getpin, BannerBoo, SALESDEP AI, LifesaverSIM, and Pleso Therapy.

From Kyiv to Riga

Earlier this year, we hosted TechChill Kyiv, bringing together Ukrainian founders, international investors, and ecosystem builders in Kyiv to exchange knowledge and strengthen ties across the startup community.

Now, that journey continues. The second part of the program brings selected Ukrainian founders to Riga, where they will take part in meetings with investors, mentorship sessions, ecosystem introductions, networking with Baltic founders and operators and the TechChill conference itself.

The goal is to create meaningful, long-term connections between the Ukrainian and Baltic startup ecosystems.

Why Ukrainian founders are worth your attention

Ukraine has built one of Europe’s most dynamic tech communities. Even under extraordinary circumstances, the country continues to produce globally recognised startups, exceptional technical talent, and founders who know how to build with focus, speed, and resilience.

Many of the founders coming to Riga are building products with global potential, exploring partnerships and market expansion, preparing for fundraising or looking to integrate more deeply into the European startup ecosystem.

For investors, founders, and operators in the Baltics, this means early access to fresh ideas, new partnerships, and promising dealflow.

Meet them at TechChill

During TechChill week in Riga, Ukrainian founders will take part in dedicated meetings and sessions, you will be able to hear their pitches at the Ukrainian startup showcase in "Hanzas Perons" or during casual networking at the venue or side events.

So if you are:

  • an investor looking for new dealflow

  • a founder curious about collaboration

  • an operator or mentor willing to share experience

  • or simply someone who wants to connect with ambitious builders

This is your chance. Because ecosystems grow stronger when people open doors for each other. And that’s exactly what we plan will happen in Riga.
